Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Montierri pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email support@montierri.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
